The honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, at the Secrets Santuary Cap Cana, was great! We had such an amazing time. We did have some issues at the hotel, which only made the adventure much more story worthy of course. We got sick one day and the water main broke that night, that was fun!!! But the place is a true paradise and the entertainment was awesome. The weather could not have been any better. It was sunny every day. We had such a great time. The perks program you got for us was awesome, and totally worth it. No lines at all! Good call!

My wife and I have booked multiple cruises through the Cruise Shop, and we've had the pleasure of working with Sheri every time. I
wanted to drop you a note to let you know how AWESOME she is to work with!
In 2008 we booked a cruise on Celebrity to Alaska. Sheri was very knowledgeable about the whole thing - the land tour, the ports of
call, what to pack, etc. I'm a serious amateur photographer - she even gave me great photography tips! I think the thing I appreciated most about that experience, though, is that Sheri was just as excited to see us go on the cruise as we were...her happiness for us and her enthusiasm really shone through.
We just recently booked a Holland America cruise that leaves in about 3 weeks. This was a bit of a "hurry up" decision on our part, but Sheri made it all happen in a very short period of time. To top it all off - she alerted us to a special deal that Holland America had
on cabin upgrades. She worked her connections and was able to get us upgraded!!!
Sheri is a true gem. She is very attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, customer focused, and very passionate about what she does. I just thought you should know how we feel about her. She's converted us into loyal customers.

Our Honeymoon cruise on Holland America was absolutely perfect!! Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed it. The ship was beautiful and we had the time of our lives. It seemed as if everyone on board knew we were on our Honeymoon.
The excursions we planned with your help, were great, we actually swam with the stingrays, which was very fun!! We had great weather. The flights went well, the upgrades went above and beyond.
Thank you again for everything you did, we couldn't have asked for a better Honeymoon!! We will definitely be recommending you and your company to our friends and family.

Our Alaska Cruise / land tour -- in a nutshell, was the best trip we have ever taken. Loved every minute of it (especially all of the day light!!!).
The upgrade on the ship to the "deluxe veranda" was worth every dollar. You were right, it was about twice the size of the cabin we originally booked. The land tour was wonderful - we did get to see grizzly bears, sheep of course, one moose, etc. And Alyeska was / is a beautiful resort. Since we ended the trip in Fairbanks and had a couple of extra days there, on the spur of the moment, we rented a car and did some exploring on our own. It was great.
And of course, we want to thank you for the dinner at the Pinnacle Restaurant on the ship. That was very thoughtful of you and much appreciated.

PS - We're thinking of the Panama Canal perhaps in Feb / March 2010. So if you come across a great trip deal, keep us in mind!!!
